Warranty Coverage
- Standard products — 12 months from date of purchase
- UL-listed products — 24 months extended cover
- Free repair or replacement at KUSAM-MECO's discretion
- Valid with proof of original purchase
Warranty Exclusions
- Accessories, ICs, fuses, fusible resistors
- Spark gaps and batteries
- Products damaged by accident, misuse, alteration or abnormal operation
- Transit damage during shipment
Post-Warranty Service
- Calibration available at customer's cost
- Repair charges billed separately
- Shipping borne by the customer
- Send instruments to our Mumbai service centre
Service Process
Three simple steps to get your instrument serviced.
Step 1 — Contact Us
Reach out to your authorised dealer or call our service number with proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
Step 2 — Ship Instrument
Send the unit to our Mumbai service centre with postage and insurance prepaid. KUSAM-MECO is not responsible for transit damage.
Step 3 — Repair / Replace
Our technicians diagnose and either repair or replace the defective unit free of charge under warranty, or quote charges if out of warranty.
