Are your instruments calibrated before dispatch?
Every instrument is tested and verified before it leaves the factory. NABL / NIST traceable calibration certificates are available on request and can be supplied against the serial number at the time of order.
How often should an instrument be recalibrated?
Once a year suits most industrial use. Shorten the interval when the instrument is used daily, works in a harsh environment, or when a wrong reading carries a safety or compliance consequence.
What warranty do the instruments carry?
The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects from the date of invoice. Physical damage, misuse and damage from measurement outside the instrument's rating are not covered. Warranty terms are stated on the invoice for each model.
What do CAT III and CAT IV mean?
They describe the transient over-voltage the instrument is built to survive, and therefore where it may safely be used. CAT III covers fixed installation and distribution, CAT IV the supply origin and outdoor service lines. Always match the rating to where you are working, and check the voltage alongside the category.
How long does a repair take?
Typical turnaround is within two weeks of the instrument reaching us, subject to spare availability. We confirm scope, cost and turnaround before starting any chargeable work.
Are spare parts available for older models?
For most models, yes. Send the model and serial number and we will confirm availability — for long-discontinued instruments we will advise the nearest current replacement.
Can I buy directly, or do I need a dealer?
Both. We supply directly and through a Pan-India dealer network. For a quotation, send the model numbers and quantities through the contact form and our team will respond with pricing and lead time.
Do you supply instruments for government and defence tenders?
Yes. We regularly supply government bodies, defence establishments and research laboratories, and can provide the technical documentation and certification tenders usually require.
